Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing the use of our product that our support team cannot resolve within 30 days of your purchase
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Cancellation of subscription within 14 days of initial purchase (for new customers only)

How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email address associated with your account
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Refund Processing

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days
  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
  • Custom development work that has been completed according to specifications

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be processed through our payment processor, Paddle.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
